So it's been almost 14 months now since Chance was born, and I have just gotten to the point where I feel like I have a grip on my life and can fit in time to workout. I am fully aware of the benefits of exercise, particularly with a basket case like myself... it helps me sleep better, it eases my anxiety, it keeps me happy. But knowing all that doesn't make it any easier to get my bum moving after a long day of working and mothering and eating too many peanut butter M&Ms.
