Well, happy Monday and New Years Eve, friends! Cannot believe 2013 is upon us. Doesn't 2013 just sound like the future? Like the future with flying cars and robot maids and stuff? So bizarre. Who's got big plans? Please share.
I plan on recovering from a less-than restful weekend full of below-zero temperatures, frozen water pipes, and a dysfunctional furnace, which made things super fun (and freezing) for me and husband, who were both already suffering from head colds and major sore throats. We spent the weekend on the couch, under large piles of blankets, watching movies, drinking wassail, and basically, just trying to survive. Bad news.
